Copy and Paste blocks

Copy/Paste Blocks lets you duplicate content elements within and across documents using right-click options and keyboard shortcuts. You can copy blocks between sections and even between documents in different tabs, maintaining all formatting and structure.

Copying Blocks

  1. Select the content block you want to copy
  2. Right-click on the selected block
  3. Click on "Copy

 

Pasting Blocks

  1. Navigate to where you want to paste the content
  2. Right-click in the target area
  3. Click "Paste"

Common Questions

Can I copy multiple blocks at once? Currently, you can copy one block at a time. Copy each block individually for multiple selections.

Will formatting stay the same between different documents? Yes, all formatting elements are maintained when copying between any document types.

Can I undo a paste operation? Yes, use Ctrl+Z (Windows) or Cmd+Z (Mac) to undo any paste operation.
