Email delivery troubleshooting

If your recipient says they aren't getting emails being sent from Proposify, first ask them to check their junk or spam folder. Documents from Proposify are sent from an @proposify.com address with the reply-to being your own email.

A quick troubleshooting step to try is copying the proposal link and sending it directly from your own email to the recipient.

If deliverability issues are happening for multiple recipients, we recommend setting up emails to come from your own email address within the app.

Setting up a Custom Domain can also help with deliverability issues, as it changes your proposals URL from http://domain.proposify.com to one of your choosing.
