Discounts

Apply discounts to your pricing tables to show price reductions, special offers, or negotiated rates. Discount settings automatically calculate reductions from your subtotal amounts.

Discount Cell Locations

Footer Discount (entire table): Discount calculations appear in the footer section of your pricing table, typically between tax and final totals. Click on the discount cell to access configuration options.

Line Item Discount (per each line item): You can discount each line item separately if you don't need a full table discount. Simply click on the subtotal cell in the row you wish to discount and choose from a percentage-based discount or flat fee.

Discount Calculation Options

Flat Amount ($) Enter a specific dollar discount:

  • Fixed reduction regardless of subtotal amount
  • Useful for flat rate discounts or rebates
  • Enter the exact discount amount in the cell

Percentage (%) Apply a percentage discount to subtotals:

  • Discount calculates automatically based on subtotal
  • Enter the percentage rate (e.g., 15 for 15% off)
  • Updates dynamically when subtotal changes

Hide Discount Cell Remove discount from display:

  • Hides the entire discount row from client view
  • Useful when no discount applies
  • Table totals exclude discount calculations
