Proposify's built-in email system lets you send documents directly from the platform with professional email composition tools and automatic delivery tracking.
Accessing Email Sharing
Opening the Email Interface
- Open your document in the editor
- Click the Share button in the top toolbar
- In the share settings panel, click Share via email
- The email composition window opens

Recipient Management
- To Field: Add primary recipients by typing email addresses
- Cc/Bcc Options: Click Cc or Bcc to add additional recipients
- Contact Integration: Select from your existing Proposify contacts
- Multiple Recipients: Add as many email addresses as needed
Sender Information
- From Field: Shows your configured email address
- Professional Delivery: Emails are sent through Proposify's system

Email Delivery Configuration
Default Settings Emails are sent from Proposify's system with your name and company information. Recipients see a professional delivery that clearly identifies the document source.
Custom Domain Setup For advanced users, you can configure emails to send from your own domain. This provides:
