Templates Quick Guide

A template is a pre-designed structure or framework that serves as a starting point for creating your proposals, ensuring consistency and saving time.

 

All documents generated from a template will automatically adopt the template's styling!

Where To Find Your Templates

Your templates can now be found within your Content Library.  To access your Content Library, click on the Content Library button on the navigation menu:

From there, you'll see the main asset page, where you'll be able to see any create/saved templates:

Creating A New Template

To create a new template, select the + New Asset button:

From there select Template as your desired asset and click Create:

This will bring up the Template Editor for you to start customizing your design:

Saved Templates

All of your saved templates can be found back in the Content Library!

 

Create a Sales Document From A Template

When you're ready to turn your template into a document, click Generate Document:
