Managing variables in your document

The variables panel in the right sidebar gives you a clear view of what variables you're using and helps you stay organized as you build more sophisticated documents.

Accessing the Variables Panel:

1. Look for the Variables icon in the right sidebar
2. Click to open the variables management panel
3. You'll see sections for different variable types and usage tracking

Used Variables Section: At the top of the panel, you'll find a "Used Variables" section that shows which variables are currently active in your document. This is incredibly helpful for:

• Reviewing what dynamic content you've included
• Ensuring all necessary variables are in place
• Spotting any variables that might need corresponding data

This overview becomes especially valuable when working with complex documents that might include multiple types of dynamic content.
