Understanding Users vs Collaborators
Regular Users These are your team members who create, edit, and send documents. They get full access to your account.
Collaborators Think of these as limited-access users. They can:
- View specific documents you share with them
- Edit and approve documents
- Cannot create new documents or send them
This is perfect for clients who need to review documents, or internal stakeholders who approve but don't create.
