Conditional Notifications help you stay informed about what matters most. This feature will let you set up smart notifications that trigger only when specific conditions are met, so you get the right alerts at the right time.

Setting up Your Preferences

  1. Click the User profile button (circle with your initials) in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Notification Preferences from the dropdown.
  3. On the Notification Preferences page, select the Document Activity on the left.

Notification Options

Document Viewed

Send me a notification when:

  1. Any document is viewed
  2. One of my documents is viewed
  3. Do not notify me when documents are viewed

Send the notification after:

  1. Only after a document is viewed for the first time
  2. Each time a document has a new, unique view
  3. Each time a document is viewed

Document has not Been Viewed

Send me a notification when:

  1. Any document has not been viewed by someone outside of Proposify
  2. One of my documents has not been viewed by someone outside of Proposify
  3. Do not notify me when documents are not viewed

After how long?

  1. Hasn't been viewed for a set number of days after sending; this number can be customized to your liking.

Document Commented

Send me a notification when:

  1. Any document has been commented on
  2. One of my documents has been commented on
  3. Do not notify me when documents are commented on
