Signature Notifications control which signature activities trigger notifications, and how you receive them.
The document creator will receive an email notification when all the signatures on a document have been completed, and the document is marked as "won".
Setting up Your Preferences
- Click the User profile button (circle with your initials) in the top-right corner.
- Select Notification Preferences from the dropdown.
- On the Notification Preferences page, select the Signatures Tab on the left.
Notification Options
Document Signed
Choose when to be notified when a document is signed:
- Any document is signed
- One of my documents is signed
- Do not notify me when documents are signed
Signature Requested (Required)
You will always be notified when your signature has been requested on a document - this notification cannot be disabled.
