When building out your content library, you can set permissions access as you’re working by setting them directly for folders.

To get started, click the three-dot menu on the right of the folder of your choice, then select “permissions”:

This will provide you with permissions settings:

Here, you can assign which folder these workspaces will belong to. If a workspace is unchecked, the folder will not appear in the content library for users in that workspace.

If you’d like to apply the same permissions for every subfolder within this folder, you can turn waterfalling on. Looking to learn more about how waterfalling works? Click here.

Once you’ve set permissions, click the green “apply” button to save your changes.
