Proposify Android App: Clients
When you access the hamburger menu on the left-hand side of your page, you can tap the "clients" link to view your Clients page:
Here, you'll see an overview of all client organizations and contacts, arranged in alphabetical order.
Client organizations are shown next to a building icon and include a total of all contacts within the organization:
The Client Contact Page
Tapping on a client contact will give you an overview of all proposals including that client:
You can tap on each proposal to enter the proposal's Snapshot page.
You can also view client info from the info tab to view contact details and other information:
If the client contact has also accepted or declined a proposal, you can view your close rate with that particular contact:
The Client Organization Page
Tapping on a client organization brings you to that contact organization's page, where you can see an overview of your close rate, as well as proposals currently associated with that client organization:
Tapping on the contacts tab will also give you a view of all contacts within the organization:
Tapping the Info tab will also provide more information on the company, such as address and website:
You can add a client to your account by tapping the "+" button at the bottom right of the page:
From there, a menu will appear asking if you would like to add a client organization or client contact to your list:
Adding a client will bring you to the client organization page, where you can add the client organization's name and address:
Adding a client contact will produce a similar form, but will include contact details for the client contact themselves, such as phone number, email address, associated company, and additional address fields (if they aren't located at the same address as the client organization):
Once you're done, tap the save button at the top right of the page to save your changes.
Whether you're looking to edit a client organization or client contact, you can do so by entering that client's page and tapping the pen icon at the top right:
This will pull up the edit menu, where you can change or add to the client contact details.
