Do You Have A Data Recovery Plan?
IMPORTANT NOTE: This article discusses our internal data recovery process. If you've deleted something in the app, unfortunately that content is not recoverable.
You're trusting us with a lot of important data: your company info, your documents, your client list, and more. We take this content very seriously, and we have a plan in place to recover it in case anything goes wrong.
We run a nightly encrypted backup of everything on our servers. This backup is stored off-site and tested monthly for errors. In the event that something goes wrong, we run the backup and restore the site to its former glory.
We take your privacy very seriously and do not share the contents of this backup with anyone outside of our engineering team.
