Tracking Your Signatures

Not quite sure why your proposal is still in "awaiting signatures"? Here's a quick guide to see which signatures are needed to get to "won".

You've signed your proposal, and you're getting notifications that others are signing your document too. Great! There's just one problem, the document is not marked as won yet. There's still a signature or two left to complete before work can begin.

To check your remaining signatures, enter the document's Snapshot page by selecting it in the Pipeline:

A document for Moonraker Landscaping and Lawn Design is highlighted in the pipeline.

On the Snapshot page, you'll see an overview of all signatures received and pending:

Signature Recipients is highlighted with two names, Maria Tinch and Allan Duquette. Maria has a time stamp under her name. Allan has one signature pending.

If the recipient hasn’t signed, you’ll see how many signature boxes are assigned to them. If they have signed, you’ll see the exact date (in your time zone) when they added their signature.

You can send a reminder to those who still have pending signatures by selecting the stopwatch icon next to their name:

This will open the reminder email menu, where you can choose a template, edit the email body and schedule an automatic follow-up:

Once signatures are present in the document, you'll be able to go to the activity feed view data surrounding when and where the deal was signed:
