You can add your images or logos to any proposal, template or section using our image library.

Proposify supports the following image formats:

• JPG/JPEG

• PNG

• GIF

Save Images to the Content Library

You can add images to your image library outside of a proposal from the Content Library page: 

Click and drag all internal images into your browser when you're on this page and they'll be ready for use.

Import Images Through Unsplash

In the Editor

Click on the image tool in the toolbar, then select the Unsplash tab. Search the library of free, high-res photos, and click and drag one onto the page. 

In the content library

The Unsplash integration works the same from the content library. Once you are at the image library, click on the Unsplash tab, search by keyword, and view the results. 

When you find the image you want, you can either click on it to preview it, or click "save to library" which makes the image available for all of your proposals.

Edit an Image

To reach the Image Editor, select the image you’d like to edit. From there, select Edit Image from the menu pane:

Delete an Image From the Library

To delete an image from your library, navigate to your Image Library. From there, expand the three-dot menu on the image you would like to delete, then select Delete.

We’ll ask if you’re sure you want to delete the image. Select Yes, delete to confirm your choice. That’s it! Your image has been deleted from the Image Library.
