Get API Credentials

Looking to grab your API Credentials?

Check out the walkthrough below to access your Client ID and Client Secret!

• 

  1. 1. Head into Settings, and select Connect API
     2. Any admin on the account will be able to set this up
     3. Note: there can be only one API connection per account

  1. 1. Enter your API Name
     2. Enter your RedirectUri(s)

  1. 1. You can add multiple RedirectUris by adding them on separate lines
     2. Once all the information is added, click on Generate Credentials
     3. Note: The name and redirect Uri(s) can be changed at any time

• 

  1. 1. Once you click on Generate Credentials, you'll have your Client ID and Client Secret
     2. Please copy the Client Secret and store it either in a notepad, or another safe place.

  1. 1. If you forget your Client Secret and/or ID, there is an option to rotate your credentials.
     2. Select rotate to generate new credentials.
     3. Once the hour is up, your previous credentials will no longer work.

• 

  1. 1. After generating your new credentials, you'll see a pop up that warns you of a grace period of one hour for your old credentials.
