Our dashboard has gotten a refresh: welcome to our Document List!

With the rollout of Proposify 3 in beta, we are happy to have an opt-in and opt-out experience for the document list so that anyone can see what we're up to. If you're interested in scoping things out, reach out to our support team: support@proposify.com

Check out our new look and features!

If you have Proposify 3 beta documents in your account, they will have the blue beta bubble before the document name to differentiate between the new documents and our current editor documents.

Filters

Our status filter bar has moved to the bottom of the page where you can easily identify which status you'd like to look at.

The chosen filter will be highlighted in blue, with a checkmark to the left of the status name:

You're able to select multiple status options, by clicking on each one you'd like to view. To remove a status from view, simply click on the highlighted status to remove it from the filter.

Create a New Document

The new document button is now located at the top left: clicking on this button will bring you to the document editor:

Document Details

A quick overview of the document details can be viewed to the right of the document name and client, and they too have a fresh new look.

Document Name and Client

The document name will be the initial title of the row and bolded, while the client company name will be displayed directly below it:

Date and Initials

The date that is displayed, relates to the date the document was created, while the initials signify the user that created the document:

Status

The document status bubble is the last in the row and shows the document is status. This also corresponds with the filter at the bottom of the page:

With Proposify 3, the only two statuses available currently for beta documents are - draft and won:

Archives

To access your archived documents, the button is now directly below documents. Clicking archives will take you to the archive page, where you can fully delete any existing editor documents.

Proposify 3 Beta Documents Only

Select features on the document list are only available to those opted into the Proposify 3 beta.

Trash

Under Documents (the default page view), you'll notice Trash - this is only available for documents created in our newest editor version.

This allows you to place documents in the trash, which will automatically be deleted after it has been in the bin for more than 30 days:

If an beta document is deleted from the document list, a small popup will display in the lower left corner of the page:

Inside of Trash, you can manually empty the trash with the button at the top:

Once documents have been deleted, they're gone forever!

If you see a document that was accidentally placed in the trash, you can restore it! With your cursor, on the right side of the row (near the initials and status), hover to see the Restore option pop-up:

Selecting restore will push the document back into your document list, in the same status.

Duplicating an Proposify 3 Document

To duplicate a document, hover your cursor over the right side of the document, near the status. A make a copy option will pop up, and once you select that, a duplicated version will appear in the document list:

For now, when the document is duplicated it will populate at the top of the document list. After a refresh, the document name will populate with Copy of before the document title. There won't be a client attached to the document, however - this needs to be added manually.

The document list order goes by the most recently created!

Looking to duplicate an regular document? Simply click on the document you wish to duplicate, and once on the snapshot page, select duplicate at the top.

Share Feedback

Arguably the most important part of the document list is the Share Feedback button at the top of the page:

We love hearing what you have to say, and that includes the good and the bad - feedback is the best way for us to continuously improve!
