We’re making some updates to one of our biggest features. Have some questions? Click here for answers!

Proposify’s pricing tables have arrived! We’ve been working for a long time on this and we’re excited to show you what we’ve built to help make your service offerings look amazing.

As of February 2021, we have begun the rollout of our new Pricing Tables feature.

How can I tell if I’m using the new or old tables?

There are two ways:

Did you create a new account after December 9th, 2020? If so, you’re using the new tables. Congrats!

The second way is by looking at a table in the Editor. Here’s a current table:

And here is a new table:

If you have the row/column indicators or gear icons on your table when you select it, you’re using our new tables.

Do you have an exact date for when existing customers can see the new tables?

A smooth transition from old tables to new is our top priority. We’re aiming for Q2/Q3 of 2021, but we won’t sacrifice your content just to meet a deadline. Keep an eye on our release notes to see when our new pricing tables are ready for new customers.

Are any features being added?

We’re adding Formulas! This feature lets you create more advanced calculations than “unit price x amount of units = subtotal”.

We’ve slated some additional features coming next year, so keep an eye on our release notes to see when those are launched.

Are there any features going away with the new tables?

You’ll no longer be able to manually style pricing tables individually. Pricing tables will now follow what you set in the Styles and Formatting menu.

We’re working on getting copy/paste to play nice with our formulas. For now, though, pasting within a cell is disabled. Copy will need to be entered manually.

Can I read about how to use the new fee tables? What if I need to find an answer for old tables?

Our Knowledge Base has a section for both the new tables and the soon-to-be deprecated ones. Give them a read!
