Emoji support in Proposify is very limited, as they are special characters. We support accented characters, but emojis are their own special case. While they may work in the editor, your prospect will only see an empty square when looking at the proposal and PDF.

You can still add emojis to your proposal, though. The trick is to grab an image online, then save that to your image library. From there, you can import the emoji to your proposal.

If you’re looking to add an emoji right next to a list of text (like the ✅ emoji), create a content table in your proposal with two columns. Place the image in the left column, and your text on the right.

This keeps your images in-line with your text.
